Boomer Groups was established as a division of Ray Research in response to an overwhelming client need to better understand and serve the ever-growing generation of Baby Boomers in the United States. Led by principal Sharon Ray and her extensive market research background, Boomer Groups helps clients frame messages and market products to the Baby Boom Generation, the fastest growing and most affluent generation of Americans in United states history.
Integrated Web Solutions was contacted by Sharon Ray in 2006 in order to redesign and rework the Boomer Groups web site. “The web site itself needed to have a more visual flair than what we’d initially established. In the end I wanted cooler colors and more photography that effectively captured what is a very unique generation of Americans. The web site needed to reflect who that generation was and more importantly, better reflect Boomer Groups as an organization,” said Ray. “Having worked with IWS in the past, I knew they would listen to my business needs and make recommendations that were in the best interest of my business, not theirs. That is a great attribute in a vendor and not always the case either.”
A new design was established and stock photography was utilized in the new site. Further, Integrated Web Solutions worked with Boomer Groups to nearly double the amount of content that was on the web site, adding testimonials as well as more demographic information and a more detailed description of Boomer Groups services. The new web site was re-designed and launched within three weeks.
